As a real estate developer, Mr. Tsakalos received numerous phone calls about a Laundromat. Title 5 stipulates that soapy water cannot be drained into the ground. Heritage Park Plaza is within the water recharge area. After hiring engineers to investigate this issue, it was recommended that any water generated from this type of business had to be put into holding tanks and disposed of at offsite treatment plants. Mr. Tsakalos saw a need in this area and he filled it with Liberty Laundromat and Dry Cleaning Services.
